Larime Nelson well known in Northern, Louisiana as Pie Nelson when hosting shows and Mr. Nelson when performing Southern Soul music is the creator of the viral movement now known as RibNation.

What began as Larime going live on Facebook clowning quickly turned into a cultural phenomenon after viewers embraced the term RIB (Rest In Blocked), inspired by his comedic habit of blocking people and placing them in a fictional “RibNation” until they “bailed out” to watch again.

As his audience grew, followers across multiple cities started sending in neighborhood fight videos, asking for Larime’s signature comedic breakdowns instead of the original audio. His commentary style analyzing real altercations similar to a boxing analyst reviewing a match without a ring became known for sharp observation, movement analysis, and iconic phrases such as cross the face, back of the face, upper cut, and multiple variations of BLOOKA BLOOKA!

A term he only uses when a punch truly has meaning!! RibNation does NOT promote violence; it highlights what’s happening in neighborhoods nationwide, showing viewers where to go, when not to go, and which cities have rising violence.

With over 20 years in entertainment, Larime has worked on Netflix’s The Highwaymen, produced an independent film Switching Sidez with comedian Bubba Dub filmed in Houston, Texas, and interviewed Grammy‑winning singer Anthony Hamilton.

His roots trace back to music, where he plays the keyboard and released a 13‑song CD with his family group Westtown Mob in 2002 selling out locally, earning $1,500 in just two hours, and landing in local stores like Pecanland Mall, Sam Goody, Music Mart, and Knowledge Records.
